These ones look as though they are enjoying some spring sunshine. The lambs up here were being blasted by wintry winds the other day. One of our neighbours put some hay bales out for them to shelter behind.
Hello there Keith, thank you! It's so nice to see you! It was a very sunny day when I took this photo, and I can imagine your lambs huddled into the hay. It has been windy down here too, but nothing like the winds up in Caithness.!!
Thank you Crystal .. I liked the little lamb on the left, the jury is still out on the others! It is nice to have you here, thank you for following my blog!
Your blog looks very nice. Thank you for joining CHMagazine. Best wishes from me and all editorial team, dear Ingrid, and keep in touch with us. Daniel Dragomirescu, writer and editor
Ingrid, your painting of the ewe and lambs is absolutely beautiful - so fresh and delicately done, and quite a saleble piece. Looks like all those years of getting through art pads finally paid off! Show us some more please...
Daniel, Frank, Sandra and Jan Lori .. I thank you ALL. I appreciate you taking the time to stop by and look at my work! Hope to see you all again soon! :-)
Hello there Alice ... thank you for stopping by and your lovely comments. I am so enjoying meeting all of you and looking at your artwork .. it is really inspiring!
Hi Claire and thank you! These sheep were gorgeous in the field, and I wanted to portray how soft and cuddly they were. I used to knit a lot but find wool so expensive these day. Though I find whenever I sit down a paintbrush flies into my hand! ... hope you are all having a great day! :->
Great to see you Cheryl .. and many thanks for your comments. I feel I am finally finding my style. I was a bit like Glenn Miller looking for his sound.
