My friend Susan asked me to paint this scene for her daughter Laura's 21st birthday. Laura loved Venice, and this scene in particular. Happy Birthday Laura!
I love this painting Ingrid. It is different from what you usually paint and you've made a wonderful job of it. It is moody in a way that perfectly matches it's title. Superb!!
